Individual & Couple Counselling

AnxietyLow mood StressCommunication Trust

Life gets heavy sometimes. You might be carrying things you’ve never said out loud: stress that never ends, sadness that won’t go away, or pain from things you’ve buried deep. You don’t have to face it all alone.

In our one on one sessions, you’ll find a space where you can breathe, where someone truly listens, and where your story matters. No judgment. Just support, understanding, and tools that actually help.

And if you’re coming in as a couple, maybe things haven’t been easy lately: arguments, distance, feeling unheard. We help you both slow down, listen differently, and rediscover the bond you once had. Because love is worth working for, and healing is possible, together.

  • Anxiety, low mood, overwhelm and burnout
  • Grief, loss and difficult life transitions
  • Recurring arguments and feeling unheard by your partner
  • Rebuilding closeness, trust and everyday communication

Counselling for Immigrants

NewcomersBelonging English & NepaliFamily roles

Starting again in a new country asks more of a person than anyone warns you about. On paper it looks like paperwork and logistics. In real life it’s missing the smell of home, explaining yourself in a second language all day, and watching a career you built somewhere else count for almost nothing here.

Often the hardest part doesn’t arrive at the airport. It comes months later, when the excitement has worn off, the family back home assumes you’ve made it, and you don’t feel you can say out loud how lonely it has been. Add shifting roles at home, children growing up in a culture you’re still learning, and the quiet guilt of the people you left behind, and it’s no wonder it feels heavy.

Here, none of that needs translating first. We understand the specific weight immigrants carry, because it’s a story we know from the inside. Sessions are available in English and Nepali, and everything you bring is treated with cultural respect, not curiosity. Together we work on what belonging can look like without asking you to give up who you already are.

  • Homesickness, isolation and the loss of a familiar community
  • Credentials that didn’t transfer, and the identity that went with them
  • Changing roles between partners, parents and children after moving
  • Raising children between two cultures, and the gap it can open
  • Pressure and expectation from family back home

No one prepares you for how hard parenting can be. Between the tantrums, the worry, and the pressure to “get it right,” it’s easy to feel like you’re failing. But you’re not. You’re doing your best, and sometimes, you just need a bit of support.

Whether your child is struggling with behaviour, emotions, school, or relationships, or if you’re just feeling disconnected, we’re here to help you reconnect as a family. Our sessions are down to earth, judgment free, and full of tools you can actually use.

We help you understand your child better, strengthen your bond, and bring peace back to your home. Because every parent deserves support, and every child deserves to feel safe and loved.

  • Big emotions, meltdowns and behaviour that has everyone stuck
  • School worries, friendships and confidence
  • Screens, devices and the nightly negotiation around them
