Your message goes straight to Yub, nowhere else, and never to a mailing list.

Before you write

A few things people usually ask.

Usually within one business day. If you haven’t heard anything after two, please check your spam folder and then call. Occasionally a reply gets filtered.
A short, relaxed conversation. You say as much as you want about what’s going on, ask anything you’d like to know, and we talk about whether working together makes sense. There’s no charge and no expectation to book anything afterwards.
Current fees are shared during the free consultation, so you have them before committing to anything. Sliding scale rates are available. Just mention it, no explanation needed. Many extended health plans cover sessions with a Canadian Certified Counsellor; it’s worth checking yours.
You can certainly reach out with questions. For an adult, the person attending needs to make contact themselves before we can book. Therapy works best when it’s their own decision. For a child or teen, a parent or guardian can book directly.
